Jackson County Divorce Records

JCGL possesses three volumes of divorce records taken from the Oregon State Archives. These include the husband's name, the wife's first name, the date of the divorce, the type of action, and the case number. The case number can be used to obtain the complete record from the Oregon State Archives in Salem, Oregon for actions through 1915 or from the Jackson County Courthouse for actions after 1915.

Each index includes the married names of the individuals and the page in our volume where the record can be found. If you find a name of interest to you and would like a copy of the record in our volume, follow the instructions at the top of the index to display, print, and complete the request form. Then send it to us at the address on the form along with a check for $10 payable to the Rogue Valley Genealogy Society.
